Undertow 4/10/19
Undertow emotions pulling at me.
Causing foundation cracks.
Trying to repair damage but at the same time renewing myself.
To face emotions stirred up by certain events.
Trying to understand that like a wave it will keep on coming up.
Until I let is pass and conquer it.
