November Rain 11/16/05
The November sky is cloudy and drizzly, a light rain falls upon my face.
It puts me back to another time and place.
Where you were here playing in the rain,
jumping in the puddles to hear your laughter again.
The leaves have turned and fallen, the wind is warm and strong.
Thanksgiving is almost here, another years’s almost gone.
But in my heart your spirit is always here, always living on.
