Smiling inside myself 10/22/15

Sitting here listening to Dr Wayne Dyers videos. Realizing how much wisdom he has and the messages he gives. Understanding what truth he is talking about and how we are conditioned sometimes about not listening to our hearts and taking our own advice. Smiling and realizing we all have the power to change for the better inside to strip away all the things that bring us down and always be the light. Anything is possible. Believe in yourself.
